    Agreement to Terms

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and USA Property Rehab LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of our property rehabilitation and maintenance services in Alabama.

    By engaging our services, requesting quotes, or entering into contracts with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

    Important: Individual service contracts may contain additional terms specific to your project. In case of conflicts, project-specific contract terms take precedence over these general Terms of Service.

    Services Provided

    • General property maintenance and repair services throughout Alabama
    • Drywall installation, repair, and finishing work
    • Interior and exterior painting services
    • Pressure washing and exterior cleaning
    • Landscaping, lawn care, and sprinkler system maintenance
    • Concrete work including driveways, patios, and walkways
    • Window and door installation and repair
    • Complete property rehabilitation for residential and commercial properties
    • Emergency repair services available 24/7
    • Investor-focused property improvement services

    Service Terms & Conditions

    • All services are provided according to written estimates and contracts
    • Work will be performed by licensed, insured professionals in compliance with Alabama regulations
    • Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to work areas
    • Changes to project scope require written approval and may affect pricing and timeline
    • We reserve the right to refuse service if safety conditions are inadequate
    • Permits and approvals are the responsibility of USA Property Rehab when specified in contract
    • Materials and workmanship are warranted according to contract terms
    • Customer is responsible for protecting belongings and clearing work areas as needed

    Payment Terms

    • Payment terms are specified in each service contract or estimate
    • Deposits may be required for large projects as outlined in contracts
    • Final payment is due upon project completion and customer approval
    • Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by Alabama law
    • We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards for payment
    • All prices are subject to change without notice for future projects
    • Additional work beyond original scope will be billed separately
    • Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days of invoice date

    Warranties & Guarantees

    • We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all completed work
    • Workmanship is warranted for periods specified in individual contracts
    • Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and passed through to customers
    • Warranty coverage begins upon project completion and final payment
    • Warranty claims must be reported promptly in writing
    • We will repair or replace defective work at no charge during warranty period
    • Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, normal wear, or acts of nature
    • Customer modifications to our work may void applicable warranties

    Liability & Insurance

    Our Coverage

    • General liability insurance up to $2 million
    • Workers' compensation for all employees
    • Commercial auto insurance for vehicles
    • Bonding and licensing in Alabama

    Limitation of Liability

    • Liability limited to the cost of services provided
    • Not liable for pre-existing conditions or hidden defects
    • Force majeure events exclude liability
    • Customer responsible for obtaining permits where required

    Dispute Resolution

    We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably and efficiently. Our dispute resolution process follows these steps:

    Mediation

    If needed, we'll engage in mediation through Alabama arbitration services.

    Legal Resolution

    Disputes will be resolved under Alabama state law in Jefferson County courts.
